Speaking

I regularly speak on the topic of strategy. I have several programmes including an introduction to strategy which lays out a clear plan to create your first strategy, using my PESCI model. Other programmes include a more advanced workshop which discusses the most difficult task of selecting which strategic objectives to select to best achieve your vision. Speaking engagements tend to be interactive workshops, where leaders’ issues can be addressed and tackled within the workshop, however I also provide lecture style speaking engagements.

Most of my workshops come with materials to help the participant, including printed reference guides and workbooks for interactive sessions.

More recently I have included diversity and inclusion into my workshop programme focussing specifically on LGBTQ+. This aspect of diversity is both complex and fast-moving and there is a signficant amount of benefit for leaders to understand the terminology (take pronouns as an example) and also the different perspectives and attitudes across the four generations (baby-boomer, X, Y and Z) currently in the workplace.
